Leave Rules
No leave will be granted to students except in case of illness or for pressing and valid reasons. All applications for leave must be signed and supported by the parents/ guardian, who are registered with the school. If a student absents himself for more than 6 days without having the leave sanctioned, his/her name is liable to be struck off the rolls. Re-admission, in such case, will be entirely at the discretion of the Principal and subject to payment of fresh admission fee and other charges as applicable. Attendance of 80% is compulsory. In case a pupil’s attendance falls short of the prescribed percentage, the pupil will not be eligible to appear in annual examination. The shortage of attendance upto 15% may be condoned by the constituting committee comprising Principal, Director, DSW and a member of management, only if a written application is forwarded by the parent of the pupil. No half day leave will be sanctioned in any circumstances.
Withdrawal Rules
- Parents who wish to withdraw their child must notify the Principal in writing, of their intention at least one month prior to the withdrawal of the pupil.
- School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after the pupil has cleared all the dues as applicable in the said quarter in which the pupil has applied for SLC.
- Fee is non – refundable once the child is admitted in the school.
- The school authorities reserve the right to rusticate those pupils from the school whose conduct is found unsatisfactory.
