Rules Regarding Payment of Fee

1. Fee will be charged from the beginning of the session even though a child is admitted in the middle of the term.
2. Parents and guardians will kindly save the receipts issued to them and produce these in proof of payment of fee, when required.
3. The fee is payable in advance for the quarter. (Between 1st to 30th of April, July, October and January)
4. Fee is payable on all working days at fee counter, Dr. Kitchlu Public Sen. Sec. School as per timings: –
   

   Summer	8:00 AM to 01:30 PM
   Winter	9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

5. Fee is payable from April in advance on quarterly basis irrespective of the date of admission of a child. For regular students fee is payable in each quarter as per fee payment schedule i.e. April, July, October and January. After 30th late fee Rs. 20.00 is to be added for first 10 days and Rs.40 for the next 10 days and so on. If the tuition fee remains unpaid till the end of the quarter the name of the pupil will be struck off the rolls.
6. A similar late fee will be charged extra, if bus charges are not paid alongwith the tuition fee.
7. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
